What a pleasure it was to have Mr. Sullivan to our home to take care of the issues we were having and educate us on how to best remove and clean the installed windows. Mark was right on time for the appointment and was able to quickly rectify the problems we were having. Mark was very personable, easy to talk to and offered advice about the upkeep of the windows.
