We had our windows replaced in December. In the spring, we noticed that some of the framing pieces on the outside looked loose. All Weather Seal sent Ben, their customer care specialist, out to our house within two days to make it right. He was very pleasant to work with and did a great job. We really love our windows. They are very efficient and look great.
