Frustrated
We met with the salesperson in March or April. Agreed on price soon after and I gave them my credit card number so they could submit the order. In the meantime, both my husband and I called several times to check on the status. We were both told that the slider was being constructed. Today I called to check on the status and learned that our slider order had not even been placed. It is the end of July. Poor communication! I am going with another company.
The Door
Ben put in our door and he was very proficient and got the old door out with no problem at all. He got the new door frame in with no issues along with putting in the new door itself. We did have an issue with the door knob and deadbolt, thou. I had called the office Monday when the windows came in but the door was not with them so I spoke to Sheila and was told that the door could be installed today. I asked if we could get them to put in the door knob and deadbolt (we had originally said we would get the door knob so we could chg out the front & back door) she said that she would get that done but the door did not come with the door knob in place so Ben went to a hardware store & got the door knob to put on door. They paid for it since it came free with the door. He was super fast & had the whole door done in no time. We are very pleased with how fast & efficient Ben was able to get everything done. The issue with the door knob did not slow him down at all. We give Ben 5 stars for his work today.
Excellent experience!
Our experience with this company was amazing. Right from the start, Jason was awesome, understood exactly what we wanted and worked with us to make it happen. Ken and his son came out to do the work and they were friendly, courteous, and easy to talk with. They worked hard through these past few hot days, and did a beautiful job, always asking part way through if it was what we expected. Ken was always making sure we were happy with the work. And we are more than happy! It looks really awesome! We will definitely be calling for any future work, and giving referrals to anyone looking for home improvements.

I had a hole in my big picture window I had purchased several years ago from All Weather. The hole was from a rock or bee be. I contacted All Weather and they quickly responded. I later received a text that they would replace my window at no cost! I was amazed, but they did!!! I'm so happy and thankful for this s.i have felt the financial burden of the pandemic. Thanks so much!!

Eaves Ventilation
Very easy to work with Mark and Julian. They were timely, professional and nice. They took care of a problem with the roof too. They cleaned up after so well that it didn’t even look like they had been here. My house looks lovely with its new roof from AWS last year and the newly wrapped fascia and eaves today.
