Great Company - very professional and thorough

I needed a roof as mine was more than 20 years old. I had admired metal roofing on cottages and commercial buildings, but was surprise to learn that the appearance could be more than barn roofing with the raised seams. I had worked with AWS before on some entry doors and was pleased with the appearance, the employees, installers and service. I knew metal roofing would be more expensive, but it was important to me to have a roof that was energy efficient and absolutely worry free against leaks, high winds and wouldn't have to be replaced again in 10-15 years. After being educated on current "asphalt" roofing shingles (which contain very little if any asphalt) I decided to go with AWS and a metal roof. I was extremely pleased to see that my roof received a new deck, was completely covered with an asphalt seal, and then covered with metal panels that have nice texture and the looks of really nice shingles. In fact, it almost looks like a slate roof! The process is very labor intensive - 6 guys for 3 FULL days to remove, re-deck, seal and install the metal roof. They were prompt, polite and worked very hard. They also cleaned up everything before they left each day and even more thoroughly when the job was done - except 3-4 nails, which we found after they left. I can't say much about reduced energy costs yet, but my homeowner's insurance costs were reduced and I know resale value will increase knowing the roof is guaranteed not to leak. I have no rese
