I was a 2015 winner of $15,000 worth of windows from All Weather Seal. Everyone cautioned me there was a gimmick in there somewhere, or that I'd be stuck with labor and taxes or something. I had 9 new windows installed Feb 2016 and never had to pay a cent. I unfortunately had to sell that house 1 year later and purchased a new home with windows from 1965. All Weather Seal was the 1st and Only company I called. While I could not afford the full house window replacement, they are working with me to replace a few at a time over a 2.5 year period, with out price hike from year 1 to year 2.5. I would highly recommend All Weather Seal to anyone looking for new windows!
