Ben solved our long standing and puzzling leak problem with his experience and expertise. We had a small leak at the top of one of our windows and Ben was able to quickly diagnose the problem, carefully remove siding, provide a remedy, and then put everything back together again - better than before. He had along the materials he needed because he was prepared and was able to solve it in just one trip. He gave a good explanation of what he was going to do and what he did and communicated politely. I also appreciated that he was wearing a mask and did so without being asked.
