My original sales person, Stephen H was great. Took a personal interest in me, so I never felt it was only about the sale. However I did not make the decision to purchase that evening so they made a follow up visit with Harmon. He was equally knowledgeable and friendly and I then chose to purchasey windows at that time and now look forward to installation.
