The Salesman, Daron Klooster, was very personable and gave us an excellent overview of windows as general knowledge. He did not pressure as at all to purchase your windows. There isn't any need for pressure, since we saw that they are an excellent product. They were installed yesterday (2-26-2020) and noticed a big difference in the temperature in the house, esp the bedroom where there was a big difference in the temperature from the rest of the house. There was no difference between the other living areas and the bedroom. An excellent product
