James and Kent did an absolutely amazing job replacing all the windows in my home. Removing the bay windows was a challenge, but they didn’t let that deter them from getting it replaced. My original sales person, Stephen H was great. Took a personal interest in me, so I never felt it was only about the sale. However I did not make the decision to purchase that evening so they made a follow up visit with Harmon. He was equally knowledgeable and friendly and I then chose to purchasey windows at that time and now look forward to installation.
Window Lock Repair
What a pleasure it was to have Mr. Sullivan to our home to take care of the issues we were having and educate us on how to best remove and clean the installed windows. Mark was right on time for the appointment and was able to quickly rectify the problems we were having. Mark was very personable, easy to talk to and offered advice about the upkeep of the windows.
