Keaton and Joe came to my home and explained thoroughly the different types of replacement windows available. When they left I felt I had a lot of information about windows and the company. They were professional and enthusiastic about their product. Upon returning to their office they immediately e-mailed me a quote and contract. I appreciated their understanding of my financial concerns and willingness to give me time to review the offer.
