Jeff was very insightful regarding the windows themselves as well as financing. We were very well informed, however, I worry too much about finances, so Jeff came to our house on his day off and answered any financing questions we had. My worries were for nothing and our new windows will be installed soon. The product is great and the in-house financing convenient. They made everything work for us.
