Nate came to my house to give an estimate in replacement of one window that broke a seal (I Thought). After taking the one window apart, he found that the hinge that the upper part of the window slid down, and created a draft. He fixed my window, and there was no cost. "It's nice to meet a company that looks out for the customer first, before selling an item I didn't need."
