Just in the beginning stages of getting a new roof. Sales reps were excellent in that they answered all my questions and concerns. Follow up with Leonard was great - he provided the insurance company the information they need and answered their questions in a timely manner; Cindy the office manager was pleasant and helpful whenever I called; and finally Don C., customer care specialist, did a thorough job. Overall the process is going very well.
