Ben, the customer care specialist who came to scope out the job for my new roof was outstanding. He patiently answered all of my questions before I would let him climb up on the roof. He also was very understanding and cooperative when there was some confusion over the loan contract he brought with him for me to sign. Luckily, the main office sorted it out but Ben stayed on site until we had all of the answers. You have a very good and loyal employee.
