The sales rep I dealt with was Jack Eckekbecker. He was very professional, knowledgeable, presented his products concisely, and was very helpful in picking the best products in my price range. I did not feel pressured at all, & I usually really dislike sales presentations. He did a great job. My windows were installed today, very high quality & his suggestions worked perfectly For my house.
