In-Home Sales Professional

All Weather Seal is a leading home improvement company specializing in replacement Windows, Baths, and Metal Roofing and we're looking for skilled salespeople to join our team!

We provide preset, confirmed appointments developed through our vast marketing programs. Our products are top-quality, and our sales process is proven and effective.

We offer a generous commission-based compensation package, with unlimited earning potential for top performers. You'll receive paid initial training with ongoing training and support to help you succeed, and you'll have access to cutting-edge technology tools to help you close sales.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a proven track record of sales success. (Experience selling in the home improvement industry is preffered.)

Responsibilities

• Be the face of All-Weather Seal: demonstrate professionalism and knowledge of our products and services.
• Meet with homeowners and offer high performing products and services, providing them a solution to their needs.
• Commit to learning the products and services provided.
• Commit to and master our 10-step selling process In the training provided

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

• Two years of professional sales experience

Qualifications

• Passion for sales and people
• Willingness to learn, train and grow
• Reliable, driven and strong in the close
• Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
• 2+years of selling experience
