All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking top-tier Window Installers to join our team. We are a multi-million dollar, family-owned company, looking for experienced and professional window installation crews. If you're tired of bidding jobs, chasing payments, and dealing with unnecessary hassle, this opportunity is for you. With steady work year-round — even during the winter months — you’ll have the chance to focus on what you do best: installation. Just show up to the jobsite, install windows, and go home.

What We Offer 1099 Contractors:

Top Pay: Up to $375 per window opening
All Materials on Site: No more supply yard runs
Steady Work: Consistent projects throughout the year

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in replacement window installation

Qualifications

Must have your own truck, trailer, and tools
Metal brake required
Insurance with Workman's Comp
Strong references and a proven track record in the industry
